This week Radio 3's late night books programme, Night Waves, devoted a week of programmes to contemplating the meaning of the good life. Robert Skidelsky appeared on Monday's episode to talk about how much we need to live good lives, while Edward Skidelsky appeared on Tuesday to discuss whether we put too much weight on happiness as a measure of quality of life.
